Francisco Santos Baute has extensive experience in the manufacturing sector, particularly in management, administration and finance, trade, and sales.

 During his eight years at C.A. Cervecera Nacional, Francisco held diverse positions within the finance and administrative areas. Later, as Director of Administration and Finance, he was responsible for the financial operation of the Bayer Group in Venezuela for ten years. He also worked with Bayer of Colombia. 

In his recent activities as Executive Vice President of Administration and Finances at the Aco Group, Francisco was in charge of its financial and administrative reconstruction and significantly improved the financial situation of the company, including meeting all the targets required by the local bank.

Francisco graduated from Universidad Central de Venezuela with a Public Accounting and Commercial Administration degree and holds an MBA in Finance from IESA.
